The procedures changed on 1st June 2004 so even if you have been through a lease renewal before, we can tell you what the changes are.

On receipt of a Section 25 Notice or a Section 26 Notice act immediately and contact our Lease Renewal surveyors.

The better course of action is to approach us 12 to 18 months before the Lease Expiry Date, in order to map out your preferred route through the Lease Renewal minefield.

  • When can lease terms be changed?
