Barking Office Success

Last year sbh Page & Read acting on behalf of private investors, sold the 27,000 sq ft Morline House office building, which is situated prominently at the corner of London Road, Barking overlooking the A406 North Ciruclar Road.

The purchasers, Fortis Property Investments, subsequently retained sbh Page & Read to handle all the letting of the vant office accommodation and earlier this year, we were successful in attracting serviced office specialist Regus Office Centres to take a lease on all the vacant space within the building.

Regus has subsequently refurbished the accommodation and in June began letting the serviced offices.  In just 3 months the property is fully occupied.  A spokeman commented that this has been one of the fastest letting office buildings within the London area for the Regus organisation.

The property has attracted a multitute of different occupiers looking to take advantage of the flexible terms offered by the serviced office accommodation.
