Met Police Sign up to Fresh Wharf Barking

Following the granting of planning consent for the third and final phase of the Muirhead Quay development at Fresh Wharf Estate, Barking the pre-let of 44,000 sq ft of this final phase to the Metropolitan Police has been completed by sbh Page & Read on behalf of clients Fresh Wharf Estates Limited.

In addition to the Met Police unit, the development will include a further building of 15,000 sq ft prominently situated fronting the A406 North Circular Road.

This final phase of the Muirhead Quay development concludes a scheme of over 120,000 sq ft of new industrial and warehouse accommodation which has been let to amongst other London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, A&E Russell, Crussh Juices, Greenshield JCB and BO Concept.
