Fortuna Healthcare Expands

sbh Page & Read has recently advised Fortuna Healthcare on the disposal of their existing premises at Ponders End and the acquisition of their new warehouse facility at Units 3 & 4 Northgate Business Centre,

The new facility of some 35,000 sq ft offers increased warehouse capacity and additional office space in line with the company’s rapid expansion within the growing healthcare sector.

sbh Page & Read advised on the acquisition of the leasehold interests in the new buildings, negotiation of terms and managed the acquisition process from the initial search through to completion.
